Brussels Airport

Brussels airport had an unfortunate and fatal airport bombing a few years ago. Causing a decline in people flying to/through Brussels airport. Lovingly known as the "Heart of Europe" because of it's central location, we thought it would be nice to speak to customers on an individual level to attract them to at least consider Brussels Airport as a stop on their itinerary.

The Challenge

The advertising needed to be both sensitive and fun. After all, trying to attract customers after such an unfortunate event is a delicate task. We decided to illustrate our images to give a friendlier feeling and overall change of tone for Brussels Airport. We also decided that speaking to consumers directly would help them engage on a more personal level and make Brussels Airport more appealing to those who feel valued when a company interacts and engages with them.
